We are all very proud at BISP that some of our students’ entries for the ReadingZone Picture Book Competition 2017 have been singled out and mentioned on their Facebook page.The class of 2JC created a lovely book called ‘Always, Never’, and was funny and original. The judges said: “This was a great effort, with lovely detailed and colourful illustrations from British International School, Phuket.”
In Year 6, Viktor created a remarkable story called ‘Falcon Boy’, and the judges commented: “What we love about this stunning picture book from ten year old Viktor at the British International School Phuket is how well the illustrations support the story, about a boy who becomes lost in a desert – we’ve shared a spread, below. The illustrations themselves are beautifully realised, it’s another great piece of work from @BISPhuket.“
