The BISP Primary Cross Country 2018 event was very well received by students, teachers, staff and parents! There were many fantastic runs, with one new record set this year by Zoe in the Year 3 Girls’ division, who shaved 2 seconds off the previous record to set a new one of 3:51! Artem came within one second of the school record for Year 4 Boys and Conor was only 4 seconds off the Year 5 Boys’ record.

“This was a wonderful event, with a fine mix of competitiveness and mutual support exemplifying our Primary School focus on Respect. Children ran their fastest but also helped those who needed it, showing our other Primary School virtue of Kindness,” said BISP Primary School Principal Ken Page.

All students participated positively in the spirit of competition; the whole-hearted support from parents, staff and students made the morning a most positive experience. With emphasis also on students achieving their own personal targets, there were many happy, smiling faces and a real sense of achievement from students.
