During the March 30-April 1 weekend, BISP hosted the 3rd Tennis 4s event hosting Bangkok Patana School and St. Andrews International School Bangkok. With over 150 matches taking place over the 3-day affair, this was BISP’s most successful Tennis 4s event to date.From the 6 main draw events BISP took 1st place in 4, including Oshini Herath winning both the 15 & 17 & Under Girls events, Daryl Wong winning the 15 & Under Boys event and Bass winning the 17 & Under Boys event. We also took 2nd place in the 13 & Under Girls through Jazzmin Conrad along with Zhanna taking 4th place. Daryl Wong took 2nd in the 17 & Under with Kevin and Wil still to play for 3rd & 4th. 3rd place in the 15 & Under Girls and 4th in the 17 & Under girls went to Tara Bancroft.
In the consolation events, James Marshall gained 2nd place in the 17 & Under Boys, Jazzmin 1st place in the 15 & Under Girls and Big Ben 2nd place in the 13 & Under Boys. Mistral Musso gained 4th place in the tennis 4s 13 & Under Boys, knocking out the no.2 seed on the way and saving match points.Well done to all competitors that made this a successful event with it being very evident that our players have not only improved so much but also played with great spirit and sportsmanship throughout.
