All Year 5 students visited Tarue Shrine on Friday 20th October 2017, only 5 km away from the school. They had an opportunity to observe the atmosphere around the shrine and see local people taking part in this famous festival. Although no vegetarian rituals were observed, the children did enjoy tasting the delicious vegetarian food which was generously provided at the Shrine.
