If you are travelling overseas this holiday, then you may wish to take the opportunity to organise your child’s International Day costume ready for our celebrations on March 17th, 2017.
On this day we ask all students to wear either national costume or colours as parents, families and students join together to celebrate the 60 plus nationalities that make up our school community.
The celebrations will run from 08:00-10:40 and begin with a Parade of Nations involving all students from Years 1-13 on the football pitch behind the Accounting/IT offices. This will be followed by student stage performances featuring music and dance from many different countries on the adjoining pitch.
As is now tradition, we will be inviting parents to celebrate the foods of their countries by running stalls and offering students and families an opportunity to sample a taste of traditional foods.
